One week after the 2019 General Assembly elections, House Speaker Kirk Cox's Chief of Staff Matt Moran and the Executive Director for the Senate Democratic Caucus Kristina Hagen came together for a civil and informative conversation about how Virginians voted and why. The conversation was moderated by Mark J. Rozell, dean of Schar School of Policy and Government at George Mason University.
