As Introduced. Department of Motor Vehicle records; vehicle registration; penalties.
Provides that failing to notify the Department of Motor Vehicles of a change in address within 30 days of a move and failing to renew a vehicle registration, as required by existing law, are traffic infractions punishable by a fine of $30.-
