Provides that when special agents of the Board of Directors of the Virginia Alcoholic Beverage Control Authority are conducting an initial investigation for purposes of summary suspension and the 48-hour time limit for such initial investigation expires on a Saturday, Sunday, or legal holiday, the special agents may submit their ...
