Summary

As Passed House of Origin. Use of artificial intelligence-based tool for criminal justice purpose.

Requires that the recommendations or predictions provided by any artificial intelligence-based tool utilized for criminal justice purpose, as those terms are defined in the bill, shall not be the sole basis for any decision related to such criminal justice purpose. The bill provides the results of any artificial intelligence-based tool may be used in informing a final decision, provided that any such final decision is made by a human. (Less)
