Summary
As Passed House of Origin. Deferred or installment payment agreements; minimum payments.
Provides that (i) if the defendant requests to enter into an installment agreement, the court shall offer installment payments of $25 per month except that the defendant may choose to pay a higher amount and (ii) if the defendant indicates that he is unable to pay $25 per month, the ...
