Summary
As Passed House of Origin. Real property tax exemption; surviving spouses of members of the armed forces who died in the line of duty.
Clarifies that the exemption currently available to the surviving spouses of soldiers who died in the line of duty with a Line of Duty determination from the U.S. Department of Defense is available when such deaths were the result of suicide.-
