Directs the Commissioner of Health to establish the Women's Menstrual Health Program within the Department of Health. The bill directs the Department, in administering the Program, to provide (i) education and training concerning menstrual health, menstrual health screening, and menstrual health care to health care providers, hospital staff who encounter ...
