Summary

As Introduced. Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation; deregulation of athlete agents.

Repeals certain provisions of the Code related to the regulation of athlete agents and makes it a prohibited practice under the Virginia Consumer Protection Act to accept compensation for representing a student athlete without a properly executed agency contract.
