As Introduced. Virginia Consumer Protection Act; food labeling.
Prohibits the sale of any food required by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration to have a nutrition label, when any ingredient listed on the label is less than 50 percent, or greater than 150 percent, of the amount listed.-
