Summary

As Passed House of Origin. Public schools; record of student attendance.

Requires a teacher in every public school in the Commonwealth to keep an accurate daily record of attendance of all children at the beginning of the school day and for each class period. Current law requires such a daily record of attendance but is silent on records of attendance for each class period. (Less)
