There's a lot of disparate information and biased political content out there. It's difficult to focus and follow along without tons of time and expertise. We do the heavy lifting of sifting through that content and providing grounded, bite-sized data visuals and context to help you and your students stay informed with ease.
Civics Navigator highlights real-time events in Virginia government and politics as they're unfolding, but you'll have access to our constantly growing, categorized database of educator resources, in case you want to revisit a particular topic with your students.
Did you know...?
Virginia has an election every year.
As one of only four states with off-year elections, Virginia students can benefit from year-round civic engagement in local and state governance. As your trusted "Window Into VA Politics" for nearly three decades, VPAP makes it easier to stay informed in the office of Virginia citizen throughout our many seasons of primaries, elections, and General Assembly sessions.
