  Matters: My lobbying efforts focus on policies related to survivor support, safety, and violence prevention, specifically addressing issues of intimate partner violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, and the protection of survivors’ rights. This includes advocating for increased funding for supportive services, expanding legal protections and resources for survivors, advancing gun violence prevention initiatives. I will also focus on issues that impact the lives of survivors, such as improving access to critical health services, housing, economic stability and counseling services. Additionally, I am involved in efforts to strengthen statewide protocols and practices to ensure equitable and accessible support for survivors with an emphasis on racial justice and inclusive services across all communities.
