Absentee Voting - 2019 vs 2015

Note: Absentee ballots cast for 2015 based on the Virginia Voter File which may be higher than what is reported in official election results due to not every locality having a Central Absentee Precinct. Therefore, the voter file is a more accurate at determining who cast an absentee ballot than results reported on election night. 2015 absentee ballots have also been adjusted to account for voter records being deleted between when VPAP received the voter file and the 2015 election history file. For the 25 House districts that were affected by 2019 Redistricting, VPAP used the voters current house district for 2015 numbers.
