Notes: Map excludes town school districts for Colonial Beach and West Point. Spending was not available for the following localities - Accomack, Amherst, Buckingham, Colonial Heights, Dickenson, Greensville, Hopewell, Lee, Norton, Petersburg, Portsmouth, Pulaski, Scott, Warren, and Westmoreland.
