$117 Million and Counting

Democrat Terry McAuliffe and Republican Glenn Youngkin had raised a combined $117 million through October 21st, pulling far ahead of what candidates raised at the same point in past gubernatorial campaigns.

Note: The amounts represent the "net" cash, in-kind and loans reported by all committees controlled by each candidate. "Net" receipts exclude any money transferred between committees controlled by the same candidate. This prevents a candidate from double-counting some donations. Past years' totals adjusted for inflation.
