No 'Roe Bump' in Voter Registrations
Virginia Democrats were hopeful that the U.S. Supreme Court's decision this summer to overturn Roe v. Wade would lead to higher voter registration for women and young voters ahead of congressional midterm elections. But state voter registration data shows no significant change in the demographics of new voters in this election cycle.
